On behalf of the Partridge Snow & Hahn team, we’re thrilled to kick off this new year by congratulating Brian J. Reilly on becoming PSH’s newest Partner and Allison L. Fleet on her elevation to Counsel.
Since joining PSH in 2016, Brian has built a robust transactional practice, including mergers & acquisitions and general corporate and real estate matters. He regularly acts as outside counsel for clients, addressing their day-to-day business issues. Brian frequently represents entrepreneurs and investors with respect to formation matters, contract negotiation and drafting, and capital raising matters. He also offers comprehensive, practical advice to clients on matters such as choice of entity and business organization, equity and debt financing, employee incentive compensation plans (equity and non-equity), shareholder/partnership agreements, leasing, licensing, employment, tax, and exit strategies and succession planning.
Allison works closely with real estate developers and landowners, as well as the owners and executives of small and mid-sized businesses with property portfolios across New England. She handles commercial real estate construction projects from start-to-finish, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, contracting, and leasing. Allie also represents landlords and tenants to negotiate commercial leasing agreements for office, industrial, flexible working, mixed-use, retail and warehouse spaces. She is experienced with complex, multi-unit property development and leasing projects. Additionally, Allie routinely handles asset-based lending transactions, including traditional working capital, mortgage lending, lines of credit and equipment loan facilities, among others.
