PROVIDENCE, RI, November 5, 2024 – Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH), a full-service business law and litigation firm, has added Kelley O’Donnell as an associate in the firm’s transactional group. O’Donnell focuses her practice on commercial real estate, nonprofit & tax exemption, and corporate finance. She supports the firm’s partners through research, contract drafting and review, due diligence, and nonprofit and charitable gifting compliance. O’Donnell returns to PSH after serving as a summer associate at the firm in 2023, assisting in various litigation matters including commercial real estate litigation and employment disputes.
O’Donnell earned a B.A. in psychology from Providence College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, O’Donnell served as Production Editor of the Transnational Law Review and was an active member of the Business Law Association, the Real Estate Association, and the Rehnquist Inn, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. She interned with the honorable Judge Gildea of Barnstable County Superior Court. Kelley is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and her admission in Massachusetts is currently pending.
