Partridge Snow & Hahn hosted a Developers Round Table at their Southcoast office in New Bedford on May 9th. The event, attended by New Bedford Mayor Jon Mitchell, featured a presentation and discussion about how the City of New Bedford can be a partner in new waterfront and downtown development opportunities.
PS&H attorneys, Russel Stein, Jay Peabody and Amy Oakley presented and fielded many questions on Opportunity Zones and Other Tax Incentives from the attendees, including 30 developers, Mayor Jon Mitchell, members of the New Bedford Economic Development Council and others.
