Alicia, a partner with Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, presents Managing Mental Health Issues in the Workplace. Alicia chairs the firm’s employment and labor practice group. Her focus is on employment law, representing employers in litigation and compliance matters. She has experience providing advice on a broad range of issues, including wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, employee handbooks, and individual and group terminations. Ms. Samolis also advises management at all stages of the employment relationship. She is the author of “Employee Arbitration Agreement Insights from Rhode Island” published in Law360 May 2018.
