PS&H partners, Michael A. Gamboli and Paul Kessimian speak at the Rhode Island Bar Association’s 2018 Annual Meeting on Friday, June 22nd.
Employment lawyer, Mike Gamboli, participate in a panel discussion entitled, At the Intersection of Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law. The panel discusses the right to reinstatement and suitable alternative employment in workers’ compensation law, while also explaining the Americans with Disability Act.
PS&H Litigation chair, Paul Kessimian, moderates a panel discussion entitled, How to Best Use Proportionality and the Rules of Civil Procedure to Contain Discovery Costs and Burdens. This discussion is designed not to just review law on the topic, but to use that law and the speakers’ experience to provide practical tips on how to navigate discovery and motion practice and to have the best chance to contain discovery and its costs when appropriate.
The Rhode Island Bar Association 2018 Annual Meeting is being held at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Paul’s panel will take place from 10:45am to 12pm. 1.0 CLE credit + .5 ethics credits are available. Mike’s panel is scheduled to take place from 2-3 pm. 1.0 CLE credit is available.
