Cale Keable has joined the Firm as Of Counsel. Cale concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts state and federal courts. He represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of disputes, including real estate and environmental litigation. He has extensive experience in the fields of securities litigation, internal investigations and class action defense. Cale received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He resides in our Providence office.
Douglas Otto has joined the Firm as Of Counsel. Doug concentrates his practice in complex business and commercial law, including the prosecution and defense of federal and common law copyright, trademark and patent infringement claims. Doug litigates claims based in unfair competition, fraud and antitrust violations, theft of trade secrets, invasions of privacy and the misappropriation of confidential and proprietary business information. He represents clients from the life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, energy and technology-based industries. Doug received his J.D. from New England School of Law. He resides in our SouthCoast office.
Deborah Higashi Dodge has joined the Firm as an Associate. Deb is a member of the Litigation Group. Her experience includes breach of contract, Chapter 93A, probate, employment, and intellectual property disputes. She has also represented pro bono clients in Massachusetts Superior Court, the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance, and the Boston Housing Authority. Deb received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. She resides in our MetroWest office.
Devon MacWilliam has joined the Firm as an Associate. Devon is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Group where she concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation before the Rhode Island and Massachusetts state and federal courts. Devon represents the interests of banks and other secured lenders in claims under various state and federal laws. Devon also has experience in commercial disputes involving federal bid protests, breach of contracts, fraud, constitutional and environmental claims. Devon received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. She resides in our Providence office.
