Dan is a litigator who has represented clients across a broad range of industries in complex litigation. He has defended against claims brought under state and federal antitrust laws, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Massachusetts’ Chapter 93A, and state product liability laws, among other statutes.
Dan has experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit mediation through trial. His experience includes class action lawsuits, commercial arbitration, multidistrict litigation, and parallel civil and criminal proceedings.
