Christopher Currier is the Chair of the Firm’s Commercial Lending Practice Area and focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending, commercial workouts, real estate and business law. He advises lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial loan transactions, as well as workouts, foreclosures and restructurings. Chris also provides counsel to businesses on a range of corporate matters, including asset sales and acquisitions. He received his J.D. from Syracuse University, College of Law. He resides in our MetroWest office.
David Pellegrino concentrates his practice in representing the interests of secured lenders in litigation proceedings before Rhode Island and Massachusetts courts, specifically with regard to state consumer protection and Truth-in-Lending statutes. Additionally, Dave advises bank and other regulated clients on issues concerning regulatory compliance. Dave received his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. He resides in our Providence office.
Alicia Samolis practices employment law, including employment litigation. Alicia represents corporate entities in business disputes in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings. She advises management at all stages of the employment relationship, regularly counseling senior management, human resource professionals and business owners on applicable employment laws and pending legislation. Alicia received her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. She resides in our Providence office.
