January 28, 2013 – Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (PS&H) is pleased to announce that Drew W. Colby and Jay R. Peabody have become partners of the Firm. “We are delighted to have such talented individuals join the partnership as we begin the celebration of the Firm’s 25th anniversary,” said David M. Gilden, Managing Partner.
Mr. Colby is Co-chair of the Construction Group and a member of the Real Estate and Litigation Groups. He focuses his practice in the construction business representing owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors in areas including contracting, drafting and negotiations, substandard performance issues, payment disputes, bid protest claims, mechanic’s lien filings, insurance disputes, reservation of rights matters, and insurance coverage issues with respect to public, commercial and residential projects. Drew resides in our MetroWest office.
Mr. Peabody is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group as well as the Commercial Lending and Corporate Groups. His practice involves representing owners, developers and lenders in connection with the purchase, sale, planning, development, leasing and complex financing of commercial, industrial, retail, large scale residential, and renewable energy projects. Jay divides his time between our SouthCoast and MetroWest offices.
