PS&H Partner Drew Colby is among a panel of experts at the April 7 REBA Construction Law Section Meeting in Boston. Drew is joined by Joe Battaini and Jeff Hendricks of Marsh & McLennan Agency and will discuss the pros and cons of bonds verses subcontractor default insurance, including their relative costs and coverage differences. They are discussing how to tailor the contract language to the product selected. The panel includes seasoned representatives from the surety and insurance fields as well as construction lawyers.
