Hannah is a litigator who has represented clients in intellectual property and complex commercial matters across many different industries, including technology, life sciences, and retail industries. Hannah’s litigation experience includes trials in both state and federal court. Her advice to clients covers the full range of dispute resolution, including demand letters, negotiations, and settlements.
Hannah also counsels clients in administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, advises on brand protection strategy, assists clients with trademark disputes and litigation, and manages client trademark portfolios both in the U.S. and internationally. Her practice also covers copyright and domain name disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah worked as a trademark and copyright associate in the San Francisco office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and as an intellectual property litigation associate at Polsinelli LLP. Hannah’s experience includes a year-long trademark secondment with Twitter, Inc.
