PS&H is proud to announce that Managing Partner, Howard Merten, was elected as President-Elect of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) for 2021-2022 at the organization’s Annual Meeting at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia.
The FDCC is an international professional association of rigorously peer-reviewed defense and corporate counsel. Membership is limited to 1200 defense or corporate counsel and afforded to those who have differentiated themselves professionally and have earned exemplary reputations, as judged by an admissions committee that queries peers, adversaries and judges who know the candidates personally. Howard has been an active member of the FDCC for 19 years.
Howard remarked, “This is an exciting time to be on the leadership team for the FDCC. As an organization, we grew stronger and closer through COVID due to intentional efforts to reach out, stay connected, and bring value to our members. We want to take that energy and continue the FDCC’s tradition of fostering knowledge, civility, and fellowship amongst its members and the greater civil defense bar and justice system we all serve.”
