PS&H Managing Partner, Howard Merten, has been nominated and elected as Secretary-Treasurer of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) for 2020-2021.
The FDCC is an international professional association of peer-reviewed defense and corporate counsel. Membership is limited to 1200 defense or corporate counsel and afforded to those who have differentiated themselves professionally and have earned exemplary reputations, as judged by an admissions committee that queries peers, adversaries and judges who know the candidates personally. Howard has been an active member of the FDCC for 18 years.
In response to his election, Howard remarked, “I am truly humbled and honored to have been elected into the leadership of the FDCC. It is the finest organization I have ever joined. Its members represent the finest trial lawyers, industry members and in house lawyers in the country and around the world. I will work hard to continue the FDCC’s tradition of fostering knowledge, civility, and fellowship amongst its members and the greater justice system we all serve.”
