Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP Managing Partner, David M. Gilden, announced that Paul Kessimian has become a Partner of the Firm. Mr. Kessimian represents a wide variety of businesses in complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance, intellectual property and real property disputes. Mr. Kessimian has substantial experience advising clients on the complexities of preservation, collection and production of electronically stored information, and is Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s E-Discovery Subcommittee. “We are very pleased to have Paul join the partnership. He is an outstanding attorney who brings excellent skills to the partnership,” said David M. Gilden, Managing Partner of the Firm. Paul received his B.A. from Providence College and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
