Partridge Snow & Hahn has announced that David M. DiSegna has joined the firm as an associate in the Providence office.
David focuses his practice in public finance and business law and has significant experience representing clients in the sophisticated area of tax-exempt finance. He serves as bond counsel to numerous governmental entities, as well as underwriter’s counsel, and has been involved in the issuance of approximately $1 billion in tax-exempt securities. David has also provided advice to public entities involved in the financing, construction and operation of various public projects, including water and sewer facilities, solid waste facilities and municipal buildings.
Prior to entering private practice, David served as a law clerk to the Honorable Francis X. Flaherty of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.
