Elizabeth Oliveira Manchester joins the firm as Counsel. She represents and advises nonprofit organizations and tax-exempt entities such as public charities and foundations, on issues including fundraising, taxation, corporate governance, and planned giving.

Sheridan L. King is a recent graduate of Tulane Law School and joins as an Associate working in the firm’s Litigation and Labor and Employment practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, she was a student attorney at the Tulane Domestic Violence Clinic and summer counsel at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. While in law school, Sheridan was also the Senior Managing Editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law.
