PROVIDENCE, RI, December 17, 2024 – Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH) Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the Litigation Practice, Paul M. Kessimian, has been elected to the Roger Williams University School of Law’s (RWU Law) board of directors. The RWU Law Board of Directors includes leaders of the bench, bar and non-profit and business sectors and is chaired by Judge Brian Stern of the Rhode Island Superior Court.
Paul represents companies, non-profits, and individuals in high-stakes and complex disputes in court and arbitral bodies. He has successfully guided clients through litigations and arbitrations on a wide range of matters, including class actions, trade secrets, insurance and reinsurance, antitrust, ERISA and restrictive covenants, business torts, and intellectual property and licensing.
Paul is a recognized member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts bars who has served in leadership positions across a host of professional organizations including the Federal Bar Association, Rhode Island Chapter and the American Bar Association. He is regularly included in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Best Lawyers in America, and Benchmark Litigation as a “Litigation Star.”
