PROVIDENCE, RI, January 3, 2025Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH), a full-service business law and litigation firm, announces that it has elevated attorneys Allison L. Fleet, Michael L. Mineau, and Christopher M. Wildenhain to Partner, effective January 1, 2025. All three attorneys are resident in the firm’s Providence office.

“Please join us in congratulating Allie, Mike, and Chris on being elected to the partnership. This milestone reflects their exceptional dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to both the firm and our clients. Their contributions have been instrumental in our success, and we look forward to their future contributions to the firm and the practice of law,” said PSH Co-Managing Partners Paul M. Kessimian and Jay R. Peabody in a joint statement.

A Real Estate and Commercial Finance lawyer, Allie works closely with real estate developers, ownership, and operators, as well as executives and leasing teams for property portfolios across New England and beyond. Allie handles commercial real estate construction and development projects from start-to-finish, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, contracting, and leasing. In her corporate finance practice, Allie works on commercial mortgage-backed security financings representing both lenders and borrowers. Allie is also regularly engaged to provide special local counsel to out of state law firms working on Rhode Island real estate transactions.

An attorney in our Real Estate and Litigation practice groups, Mike focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, land use and development, and real estate-related litigation. In his transactional practice, he represents real estate developers, owners, landlords, tenants, investors, and joint venturers in Rhode Island and Massachusetts in all phases of deals, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, due diligence, financing, drafting, and negotiating easements and restrictions; reviewing and clearing title; and zoning and land use issues. In his litigation practice, Mike focuses on real estate-related litigation, including, but not limited to, boundary and title disputes, adverse possession and prescriptive easement cases, breach of contract suits, specific performance claims, requests for declaratory and injunctive relief, condemnation and takings cases, land use litigation, and zoning appeals.  More recently, Mike has also become a “go to” attorney for short-term rental issues throughout New England.

A commercial litigator, Chris represents publicly traded companies, private businesses, entrepreneurs, and employers in complex disputes before the Rhode Island and Massachusetts state and federal courts and regulatory agencies.  These matters routinely involve substantial sums of money and legal issues of great importance to his clients. His practice is diverse and ranges from the defense of a large nonprofit in a class action brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) to the prosecution of a manufacturer’s breach of fiduciary duty and theft of trade secrets dispute with former C-Suite executives.  In addition, Chris advises businesses confronting complex claims and investigations before regulators and frequently assists clients in coordinating their responses to subpoenas and other forms of process requiring the production of substantial volumes of records.  He has also litigated complex breach of contract and insurance coverage matters, as well as disputes under the United States Bankruptcy Code and the False Claims Act.
