PROVIDENCE, RI, March 20, 2025 – Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH) Partner Michael L. Mineau will be a featured speaker at the inaugural Roger Williams University Real Estate Speaker Series on March 26. Mineau, who is the first presenter in the series, will speak to undergraduate students in the real estate program and members of the law school’s real estate club, and will explore various real estate topics. As a Partner at PSH, Mineau focuses on land use and development, real estate-related litigation, and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to assisting clients in pursuing state and local permitting and entitlements, he has significant litigation and trial experience in complex property rights matters and real estate-related litigation, including boundary and title disputes, adverse possession and easement cases, breach of contract suits, requests for declaratory and injunctive relief, condemnation and takings cases, land use litigation, and zoning and administrative appeals. Additionally, Mineau represents real estate developers, owners, landlords, tenants, investors, and joint venturers in all phases of deals, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, due diligence, financing, drafting and negotiating easements and restrictions, reviewing and clearing title, and navigating zoning and land use issues. Mineau has extensive litigation and first-chair trial experience (jury and non-jury) and has represented clients in appeals to the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Mineau’s trial experience has included trials in the Rhode Island Superior Court and Massachusetts Land Court. In addition to his legal practice, Mineau serves as a member on a number of boards and committees, including the Roger Williams University Real Estate Advisory Board, the Portsmouth Economic Development Committee, the Aquidneck Island Planning Commission, and Portsmouth Little League. An alumnus of Roger Williams University School of Law, Mineau graduated with a J.D. in 2009.
