BOSTON, MA, December 30, 2024 – Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH), a full-service business law and litigation firm, announces the retirement of esteemed Partner Colin A. Coleman, effective December 31, 2024. Colin has been an integral part of our firm since 2016, bringing three decades of experience from his boutique corporate law practice.
Throughout his tenure, Colin has served as a trusted business advisor to a diverse range of clients, offering comprehensive guidance on business organization, contracts, employment, tax, mergers and acquisitions, and more. His extensive experience spans industries including professional services, financial services, manufacturing, and middle-market companies.
In 2020, Colin was appointed as the Partner in Charge of PSH’s Boston office, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s presence in the Greater Boston area. That same year, he was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a “Go To Business Lawyer,” underscoring his reputation as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses.
Beyond his professional achievements, Colin has demonstrated a deep commitment to community service. He has served as President of the Board of Directors for Neighbor Brigade and as Past Board President of the Needham Community Council, Inc.
