Allison is a real estate and commercial finance lawyer. She works closely with sponsors, investors, owners and operators, as well as small and mid-sized businesses with real estate portfolios across New England.
In her real estate practice, Allison guides clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, contracting and leasing. In corporate finance, Allison counsels clients in connection with complex, multi-unit and mixed-use property development and leasing projects. She also routinely represents landlords and tenants to negotiate commercial leasing agreements for office, industrial, mixed-use, retail and warehouse spaces.
In her corporate finance practice, Allison negotiates a range of commercial finance transactions representing both lenders and borrowers. She regularly handles asset-based lending transactions, including traditional working capital, mortgage lending, lines of credit and equipment loan facilities, among others. In addition to daily business advice, she also counsels companies on a variety of general corporate matters, including entity formation, governing documents, and equity transfers.
