Kelley focuses her practice on commercial real estate, nonprofit and tax exemption, and corporate finance. Kelley supports the firms’ partners through research, contract drafting and review, due diligence, and nonprofit and charitable gifting compliance.
After graduating from Providence College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Kelley went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, Kelley served as Production Editor of the Transnational Law Review. Kelley was an active member of the Business Law Association, the Real Estate Association, and the Rehnquist Inn, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. Throughout law school Kelley gained valuable legal experience interning with the honorable Judge Gildea of Barnstable County Superior Court. She also worked as a summer associate and law clerk assisting in various transactional matters including commercial real estate, employment settlements, corporate finance, and estate planning.
