Laura Murphy Badessa is the Marketing Manager at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, where she leads the firm’s strategic marketing, business development, and communications initiatives. Working closely with firm leadership, practice group leaders, and attorneys across the firm, she develops and executes strategies that strengthen client relationships, enhance market visibility, support attorney growth, and advance the firm’s long-term business objectives.
Laura oversees the firm’s branding, public relations, digital marketing, social media, email communications, event strategy, competitive intelligence, and marketing analytics. She plays a key role in aligning marketing and business development efforts with firm priorities, helping identify growth opportunities, strengthen cross-practice collaboration, and elevate the client experience. Known for her ability to translate strategy into action, Laura combines data-driven decision-making with clear communication and practical execution to drive measurable results.
With 15 years of marketing and business development experience, Laura’s career spans retail management, small business startups in the restaurant and hospitality industries, and professional services marketing. Since 2014, she has focused on supporting professional service firms, first in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry and now in the legal sector. Her background provides a unique perspective on relationship-driven growth, client service, strategic planning, and market positioning.
Laura is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and previously served for five years on the Membership Committee of the Boston Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), supporting member recruitment, engagement, and retention. She remains passionate about advancing the marketing and business development profession and fostering meaningful connections within the industries she serves.
Outside of her professional life, Laura enjoys creating memories with her husband, two children, and rescue dogs. She loves exploring new destinations and is on a mission to visit every NHL arena.
