Loren is a real estate lawyer representing developers and commercial and institutional lenders. Loren provides practical legal advice across intricate commercial real estate transactions, including commercial construction and financing loans.
Loren advises clients on complete real estate projects ranging from single-family residential lots to large commercial developments. He negotiates, drafts and manages complex commercial real estate documents in connection with those transactions from commitment to closing. Loren’s experience includes navigating zoning regulations and bylaws so that clients may undertake commercial development and expansion projects. Loren presents zoning analyses and memoranda before various local zoning boards, resolves complex title issues on properties, drafts loan and owner’s title insurance policies, negotiates commercial leases, and assists clients with structuring and drafting entity organizational documents.
Prior to joining the firm, Loren was a real estate associate in a boutique Massachusetts law firm. His broad experience includes working as a litigation contract attorney within major law firms. Before practicing law, Loren was a title examiner, which informs effective tactics when working through complex real estate challenges on behalf of clients.
