The ABA is presenting a free CLE webinar in their Business Law Basics series called Blockchain Technology and Smart Contracts for the Business Lawyer. PS&H partner and co-chair of the Cyberliability practice, John Ottaviani, is serving as a panelist for this webinar.
This program will explain the technical and legal fundamentals of blockchain technology and smart contracts, including a grounding in common terminology that business lawyers should understand.
